
2025 Q2 Goals
Personal: I will weigh less than 160# at the end of 12 weeks.
- I will exercise for 20 minutes every day.
- I will eat less than 1,800 caloires every day.
- I will meditate for 5 minutes every day.
- I will drink at least 85 ounces of water every day.
Family: I will provide nutritional options for my family and myself.
- We will plant a garden this year.
- We will meal plan and prep on Sundays.
- I will make one new healthy recipe each week.
These are my goals for this 12 Week Year. The ‘year’ is from Monday, March 31st to Sunday, June 22nd, 2025.
I will provide my weekly review or my WAM (weekly accountability meeting) on Sunday evenings.
I do have other goals or things I would like to accomplish but these are my main two which I will be tracking. I like to use a 90 day unmarked planner to keep track.
